Payments and credits
When is a credit used?
Only when you press CONFIRM and the generation starts. Picking options, browsing the catalog and downloading your results are free.
What if a generation fails?
Your credit is refunded automatically and shows up as “Refund” in your credit history.
Do my app credits work here?
Yes. Sign in with the same account (Google or Apple) and you have one balance; credits bought in the app show up on the web, and what you spend on the web shows up in the app.
Can I buy credits on the web?
Not yet. Checkout is off in the web beta; credits are bought in the iOS and Android app with store payment and show up on the web right away with the same account.
Can I get a refund for credits I bought?
Refunds for in-app purchases are requested through the App Store or Google Play. If the store approves a refund, those credits are removed from your account. Having trouble? Contact us.
Where do I get a receipt?
The App Store or Google Play emails you the receipt for in-app purchases.
